INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups creamy almond butter
- 1/3 cup raw honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs (pasture-raised, organic)
- 2 tsp baking soda (aluminum free)
- ½ tsp sea or pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk all ingredients together until it reaches a thick consistency. Form into small tablespoon-size balls with wet hands, dough will be sticky. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
