This beautiful blueberry pinapple smoothie recipe is like an ice-cream parfait, without the guilt. And it is so delicious and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS (I suggest buying organic whenever possible)

Pineapple Layer:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • ½ banana, peeled and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen peach or mango
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or nut milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar

Blueberry Layer:

  • ½ cup wild blueberries, frozen
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • ½ cup milk of choice

Top with fresh cubed mango

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend pineapple layer in a blender. Add to two glasses then wash out blender and add blueberry layer until smooth. Spoon blueberry mixture on top of pineapple layer. Top with mango. Serve cold!
