For the best bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, wrap the bacon around the pork tenderloin to seal in the juices and add succulent flavor. Look for lean cuts of bacon and try different flavors – apple wood smoked and peppered bacon are especially delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Pork tenderloin 8-10 ounces
  • Bacon Slices
  • 2 TBSPs Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Pepper Corn for garnish

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wrap the tenderloin with bacon. Press ends together around the tenderloin or use cooking twine to secure.
  • Heat 1 TBSP of oil in skillet. Brown each side of the tenderloin for 2-4 minutes.
  • Remove and transfer to glass baking dish.
  • Drizzle the remaining oil over the tenderloin and season with salt and pepper.
