Mango Green Iced Tea

Serve as a refreshing alternative to coffee or hot tea. Also makes a great “mocktail”!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. honey (or to taste)
  • ¼-1/2 cup water or sparkling water
  • 2 cups brewed green tea, cooled to room temperature
  • Ice
  • Mint, for garnish
  • Lime slices, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut mango into large pieces, avoiding the seed. Place in a blender with honey and water starting with ¼ cup and adding more if needed. Once blended, pass through a fine mesh strainer in a large mason jar that has a lid. Add in iced tea and mango juice. Add lid and shake until combined. Fill two glasses with ice and pour mixture over ice. Add mint and lime and serve cold.
