Paleo books and websites sometimes include animal dairy. Animal sources of dairy are not considered true Paleo. Nut milks are great healthier alternatives to animal dairy. Fruit and natural sweeteners are allowed in moderation. Whether eating out or cooking Paleo at home, purchase ORGANIC vegetables and fruit and GRASS-FED, pasture-raised beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and eggs when possible.
