Paleo books and websites sometimes include animal dairy. Animal sources of dairy are not considered true Paleo. Nut milks are great healthier alternatives to animal dairy. Fruit and natural sweeteners are allowed in moderation. Whether eating out or cooking Paleo at home, purchase ORGANIC vegetables and fruit and GRASS-FED, pasture raised beef, lamb, pork, poultry and eggs when possible.
As we continue to learn more about C0V!D, it's increasingly clear that the health of the host (person) is paramount. ⠀

• 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life brand is dairy free)⠀
• 3 large organic (cage free) eggs ⠀
