Paleo Diet

I recommend the PALEO DIET for it’s many health benefits. If followed correctly, it can help increase energy, lower chronic inflammation, lead to weight loss, and improve general health.

Paleo books and websites sometimes include animal dairy. Animal sources of dairy are not considered true Paleo. Nut milks are great healthier alternatives to animal dairy. Fruit and natural sweeteners are allowed in moderation. Whether eating out or cooking Paleo at home try to purchase ORGANIC vegetables and fruit and GRASS-FED, pasture raised beef, poultry and eggs whenever possible.

NOT PALEO:

  • Gluten

  • Dairy

  • Grain

  • Corn

  • Processed foods

  • Refined sugar

  • Artificial sweeteners, food coloring, high fructose corn syrup.
