If you’re having trouble finding a filling salad for lunch at work, try this delicious protein-rich dish! With plenty of veggies and tasty turkey, you won’t need to look any further than this to satisfy your midday cravings.


  • 1 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, cubed
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Paleo dressing of choice


Add all ingredients to a large bowl, and toss with salt and pepper. Separate into two bowls, and drizzle with your favorite dressing, like my Easy 5-Minute Paleo Dressing.
