Beef kabobs made with organic, grass-fed sirloin, fresh peppers and a tasty turmeric dipping sauce. Substitute with chicken or other meat if desired, and feel free to be creative with veggies. Cauliflower or zucchini would work well! This recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo and keto friendly.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb grass fed, organic sirloin, cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp sea or pink salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb small organic peppers, cut into thick slices
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch squares
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

 

Turmeric Ranch:

  • ¼ cup paleo mayo (or make your own)
  • 1/8 cup coconut milk
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp sea o pink salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric

 

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, toss meat with coconut aminos, oil and seasonings until well coated. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes while you cut the other vegetables. Preheat oven to 350F.

Add vegetables and meat to skewers in an alternating pattern. Place on a baking sheet or on the grill. Bake for 15 minutes then flip over and bake another 8-10 minutes until meal is cooked through and dark brown. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with turmeric ranch!
