Ingredients
- 4-8 pieces Organic chicken thighs, skin on
- 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper corn
- 1 Tbsp fresh or dried rosemary
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place chicken in large glass baking dish
- Massage with olive oil
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary
- Bake for 45-60 minutes
- Serve warm
