Ingredients

  • 4-8 pieces Organic chicken thighs, skin on
  • 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper corn
  • 1 Tbsp fresh or dried rosemary

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place chicken in large glass baking dish
  • Massage with olive oil
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes
  • Serve warm
