This easy to make side, or main dish, is packed with antioxidants and is delicious.

  • 1 head of cauliflower 
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil 
  • ½ tsp. pink salt 
  • 1 -2 tsp. of ground turmeric 

Pre-heat oven to 325˚. Wash and chop cauliflower. Pat dry and spread out on baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle the turmeric and salt evenly over the cauliflower. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned. 

There are so many wonderful dishes to enjoy with turmeric. Consider adding to your favorite chicken, meat or vegetable curry dish, or add to your favorite steamed or roasted vegetables.
