Out of almond milk for a latte or a recipe, and you don’t want to make a trip to the store? Or maybe you make your own, but you forgot to soak your almonds overnight? Never fear, here’s the rescue…
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp almond butter – organic raw is best – roasted works but adds a roasted taste to the milk
- 1 cup of filtered water
- If almond butter is unsalted, you may wish to add a tiny pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the above in a blender on high speed until creamy and frothy. That’s it! Makes approximately 1 cup of almond milk.
