- 1 small banana, frozen
- ½ cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop of my Perfect Paleo Vanilla protein powder or any dairy-free vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana, sliced
- Paleo granola
- Toasted coconut
- Dried apple slices
Blend frozen bananas, coconut milk, honey, cinnamon and protein powder in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into one bowl. Top with banana, Paleo granola, coconut, dried apples and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
