If breakfast is getting a bit repetitive, try this delicious Paleo breakfast bowl and mix it up. This tasty bowl is quick and easy to make, nutrient dense, and a great option to start your day.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 small banana, frozen 
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk 
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey 
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 scoop of my Perfect Paleo Vanilla protein powder or any dairy-free vanilla protein powder

Toppings: 

  • 1 banana, sliced 
  • Paleo granola 
  • Toasted coconut 
  • Dried apple slices 
  • Cinnamon 

INSTRUCTIONS 

Blend frozen bananas, coconut milk, honeycinnamon and protein powder in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into one bowl. Top with banana, Paleo granola, coconut, dried apples and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
