INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
- 2 cage-free eggs
- ¼ white onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks organic celery, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup Paleo BBQ sauce, separated
- ¼ cup organic, paleo ketchup
- Fresh organic parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl combine beef with eggs, onion, celery, garlic, and ¼ Paleo BBQ sauce. Once your mixture is thoroughly mixed, place in a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour then remove from oven. In a small bowl combine the rest of your BBQ sauce with ketchup. Baste the top of your meatloaf with the mixture and broil for 1-2 minutes watching carefully. Remove and cut into slices.
