Asparagus is packed with antioxidants, and is naturally anti-inflammatory. This is an easy and delicious way to include greens into your diet.

1 lb organic asparagus cleaned, trimmed and cut in half if preferred
2 cloves garlic
3-4 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 lemon, sliced
Pink or Sea Salt to taste
Brown garlic cloves in olive oil until nicely browned.
Place asparagus in pan and saute until tender.
Add lemon.
Arrange on serving dish and garnish with fresh minced garlic and salt to taste.
