I recommend grass-fed beef from sources that don’t use pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, GMOs, or added growth hormones. I like Wellness Meats or check your local farmers market.

Chimichurri Steak Recipe.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo and keto friendly.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb skirt steak (preferably grass-fed)
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 tbsp oregano leaves
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup distilled vinegar, optional
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all chimichurri ingredients except oil in a food processor. Pulse until greens are finely chopped. Add to a small bowl then stir in oil. Add your thawed steaks to a bag with half the chimichurri sauce, leave the rest for serving. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Heat up your skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Add steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes each side. Cut into strips and serve with remaining chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
