These fun lettuce wraps are a little like a taco, a little like a sandwich, and easy to put together. Vary the flavor and feel of these wraps with the sauce or dressing you choose.
- 5 pieces organic butter lettuce, washed
- 6 strips pre-cooked grilled chicken
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 3 grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Construct each piece of lettuce with cubed chicken, avocado, tomato, green onion, seasonings and sesame seeds. Drizzle with your favorite paleo sauce (such as Yai’s Thai Almond Sauce or our Easy 5-Minute Paleo Dressing) and serve!
