Having trouble finding a nice paleo dressing at the grocery store? Try this easy homemade version!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced (could use lime as well)
  • 1 tsp sea salt, or other course salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Just combine all ingredients and shake!
