Having trouble finding a nice paleo dressing at the grocery store? Try this easy homemade version!
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced (could use lime as well)
- 1 tsp sea salt, or other course salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Just combine all ingredients and shake!
