Turmeric tea latte, made with your favorite nut milk, includes the natural anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric as well as the soothing spices of cardamon. This is a delicious, wonderful tea latte that is slightly sweet, and a great caffeine free tea option. Enjoy anytime.

  • 1 cup of almond, cashew, or macadamia milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  •  1 tsp. honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamon
  • Pinch of black pepper

Warm the almond milk on the stove, and whisk all ingredients as you bring to a low boil. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before enjoying.
